I am a 44 year old divorced father of 2 sons (14 & 18) who are with me on all but the 1st weekend of the month and have 2 small dogs. I own a 2-story 4 bedroom 2 bath (3/1 upstairs & 1/1 down) house in the Summerlin area with a large pool & jacuzzi (near Buffalo & Summerlin Pkwy) and I am looking to rent 2 of the bedrooms. Each room has internet access, wireless or hard-wired, a phone, and can have directv easily, one of which could be furnished with a queen bed and dresser...or not.
