Roommate wanted to rent large master suite, with private bath and walk in closet, in beautiful home in NW Valley. Home is in a gated community and has both pool and spa.
Prospective tenant, female preferred, must be mature, neat, employed and willing to provide references. Must also like animals, as I have a dog. Smoker welcome, however smoking is only permitted outdoors and in the garage.
Rent is $600.00 per month and includes utilities.
