Hello. I am 35 and have a clean, secure, home and am looking to rent a room furnished, if needed. I am easy going, contain no baggage, and drama free and would expect you to be the same. I am also very considerate, respectful and open minded. My home is 2000 sq ft w/ private pool and is located in the southwest area. It's is very comfortable and clean. My neighborhood is very quiet, friendly, and respectable. We all know one another so, dont be surprised if someone says good morning to you when you step outside. The room is 600 a month, utilities included with separate bathroom. I am seeking with a 200 deposit. It is refundable with a 30 day notice of departure. I do have two little dogs. They are as cute as can be and are not yappers. They very well mannered and house trained. My home is very centrally located. Plenty of restaurants and minutes to Boca Park, Town Square, or the strip. No drugs and No criminal record a must. This house is home and is not a party house. References needed and line of business.
