I noticed your rental available in las vegas. I want to give a quick story about me, and add a few questions to see if this can work for us both.
I am a medical student who just finished medical school 2 days ago, FINALLY, and now i have to study for my licensing exam over the next 4 months, and get hospital slots within the next 12 months after i pass the Step 1 exam.
I am from the NYC area, and I simply cannot study there, so im heading out to the west in Las Vegas, this week.
Im a former military guy too, so im very clean, responsible, mature and professional. My rent will most likely be paid entirely up front, so there wont be worries about that kind of nonsense. As a soon to be physician, i have no drug issues, nor do i have any other oddities that would bring about any concerns......Im mostly a cool, laid back, motivated guy who needs a little west coast conditions for exam prep, NYC wont cut it........
All i need is a place that is close to major necessities ( grocery store, laundry, malls, ) as well as somewhat close to the strip in case i work alittle or play poker for a tad bit of extra income. Im cool with pets, and male and female roomates, only thing that matters is laid back people who are cool to live with, hang with........
