I am looking for a room and and area in the Southwest part of town.I am looking for a female roommate only so no males please. I would like to live as close to my place of employment if possible.(215 and Buffalo). I am not a smoker, substance user and may have a glass of wine once in a blue moon but rarely. I am a fun person who loves to laugh, have a fun personality and is pretty down to earth. I am not looking for a "party scene" house as I have totally outgrown that part of my life and will not live in a situation like that. I just would like a quiet place with no drama and a safe environment. I pride myself on being dependable, reliable, honest, and trustworthy. I feel I have good, decent values and looking for someone who might be the same. I have been working at my company 5 years now and I like my job. I am a very clean person and will not live in filth. I pick up after myself and clean up as well. I can live with a dog but will not live with a cat. Other caged animals might be ok.
