I am looking for a roommate for the 2nd bedroom and 2nd private bathroom of my 2B/2B Apartment. The apt is 1035sqft in size. The apt complex is gated and has roaming security after dark. It's a friendly apt community in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by lots of shopping, grade schools, and freeway access. You'll have full access to the kitchen, dining room, living room, patio, 24-hour gym, heated pool, jacuzzi, BBQ pits, etc. They just put in brand new carpet and quasi-hardwood flooring throughout the apartment. It has a gas fireplace, gas stove, and a full-size washer dryer inside the apartment. The monthly rent of $600.00 includes **ALL** utilities (water, gas, electric, sewer, trash, cable TV & internet and renter's insurance). I do have 2 indoor Kitties that will respect your space BUT if you are allergic OR don't like cats, PLEASE MOVE ALONG. :) I am looking to rent to a respectful, non-drug using, clean person, with a steady job who can pay their rent ON-TIME every month.
