Good Evening potential tenants and friends,
We are a mid to late 20's couple who have a two year old, 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 story home in the SW area of Las Vegas. The area is newer and undergoing a large amount of positive growth. Recent additions to the area are Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Sams Club, Chili's, Chipotle, Mimi's Cafe, and many other shops and restaurants. We are within 1 mile of 3 major grocery stores, and the 215, as well as 5 minutes from the strip and airport. The location is on a major bus route as well, so transportation is not an issue.
We have a beautiful home with a furnished room in a 3 bedroom 2 year old home available for immediate rent. The rent includes a furnished bedroom, private bath, use of all house amenities (TV, Cable, Wifi Internet, Washer / Dryer, Storage, Parking, etc..) The house has granite counters, cherry cabinets, and many nice upgrades throughout.
We are a VERY easy going couple, no drama and don't want any coming in the door. We are looking for a FEMALE, enployed, tenant / roomate, and (hopefully) friend. We are not big partiers don't have children, don't smoke, or do drugs, and only have two small cats who keep to themselves.
We run our own business out of the home, but limit the work activities to our office and private areas, however are home during the day working typically.
We are flexible with move-in requirements for the right person.
