About me:
I'm 26- years old, I work full-time as a wedding planner and a UNLV student who'll be graduating in May. I'm responsible, kind, easy-going, and I attempt to go to church on Sundays. I love to cook, bake, have get togethers with my close friends, and day dream about owning my own business some day.
I am looking for:
Two temporary roommates, and possibly a third in the study. However, at the moment, I have two rooms available and the study is occupied by my two beautiful and ( usually;o) ) well-behaved children, ages four-years and eight-months., who are only with me part-time. Thus, I'm looking for a non-drug using, preferably non-smoking (outside smoking considered), responsible, kind and morally-sound roommate with a similar professional, family-oriented lifestyle as my own.
About the house:
I recently moved into a 2100- sq. ft., one-story home in Summerlin, just minutes from Boca Park and the Canyon Gate Golf Course community. The house is furnished with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (both dual sink), a study, kitchen with stainless steel, living room, den with fireplace, laundry room, breakfast nook, a dining room, and three-car garage. The house is also embellished with a huge backyard that houses a large pool with Jacuzzi, a gazebo, and a picnic area.
About the lease:
*Monthly rent: $550 (includes utilities)
****March rent is free with advance payment of April's rent and security deposit prior to move-in***
*Lease terms: 6 months
*Security Deposit: $275
If you are interested:
