Hi - 1. I pay my rent on time or before - I expect to pay for half utilities if it's not excessive ($50-$60 at the most for the rest of the utilites) 2. I don't smoke 3. I have had several background checks lately as I have worked for government entities - if you'd like to do one, I am fine with that. 4. I don't bring any drama to my home - life happens, but anything that happens at work, stays at work :) 5. I don't have pets but I love clean ones.
