Hello,
I hope to live in the Lark Street, Washington Park, or nearby vicinity. However, I am flexible. I do have a car so having adequate parking is important.
I'm a graduate student. Single female. I'm a clean person, especially with common areas. I believe communication is key to having a good roommate situation. We do not have to become friends. As a matter of fact, I'm rarely home and when I do come home, I will not bother you, so please don't be offended.
If you or I plan to have guests, we should let each other know. We should keep common areas CLEAN!
