I only just moved into the lovely neighborhood of Kensington six months ago and my roommates are leaving town and also leaving me the lease.
I am offering the master bedroom, 12.5'x8.5' with two windows, a closet, and ceiling cabinets for extra storage. In addition to this bedroom is your own full bathroom with shower/bath and ceiling cabinets for extra storage. There is a third room in addition to my smaller room that you can use for storage, as a guest/tv room, or as a shared office space. There is an IN SUITE washer and dryer -- no more paying out the nose for the laundromat! Shared living room and kitchen.
Easy walks to the Q, F, G trains with only 40 minutes to midtown Manhattan. There are a lot of food and service options close by, from high-end to extremely budget-friendly. Kensington is a quiet, residential neighborhood with a lot of families that makes for cozy and worry-free (very low crime) living.
About me: I am a mid-twenties young woman, a part-time freelance writer who works full-time in customer service. When not working I spend a lot of time at home, writing, hanging out with friends, reading, and I'm very quiet and do not use the kitchen much, so it will be mostly yours, nor do I throw huge parties, so the apartment stays very serene.
Home will be COMPLETELY UNFURNISHED after 4/9. 1 month's rent security deposit required at move-in. NO pets. |
