We are a family of three - husband, wife and newborn baby, living upstairs. You cannot hear anything from one floor to the other.
We are a nice couple in our 30's. We just moved into this newly renovated, brownstone in June. Baby is joining us in August. Mom (Claudia) is stay-at-home with baby. Dad (Matt) works in Manhattan.
We are looking for that special roommate who is considerate, respectful of our privacy and wants to help us maintain our lovely, clean and peaceful home environment. No pets (sorry). No smoking. We are not neat-freaks, but we do love our tidy home and the ideal roommate will also value keeping our shared spaces particularly clean and organized.
