Hello! My name is Terry, I am a 24 year old music teacher and I have been living in Long Beach for a little over a year. I currently have two roommates in a three bedroom bungalow in the West End, and both are leaving because of their jobs. We're in a great location, about a block and a half from the beach and just a few houses down from Beech Street with all the bars, restaurants, and shops.
One room is available on September 1st, and the other around the 15th. Both rooms are about the same size. Rent is $700 a month per person, plus gas, electric, and cable/internet/phone. Usually rent and utilities total is between $750 and $800. Upon moving in, one month's rent and two months' security are required, so a total of $2100.
I'm pretty open minded and easy to live with, I've never had any roommate issues before. I am laid back, friendly, and like to have fun, but I'm also a responsible professional looking for a similar type of roommate. I'm pretty busy during the school year because of working and taking grad classes at night. In my spare time you'll usually find me down at the beach, out for a run, or hanging out with friends.
