Hi, my name is Ade (addy) I知 originally from NYC. I am a real friendly guy and I get along with everyone. I知 respectful and definitely responsible. I知 a real laid back guy and somewhat of a neat freak, so I have no issues helping out to clean the areas we share. I知 into reading, sports and working out, sometimes I like to just hangout and have a couple beers at home, watch a movie or a game. Every now and then I go out on the weekends depending on work. I just passed my real estate salesperson exam so I値l have my license pretty soon. I知 also finishing up with my BA in marketing at Mercy College. Rent will not be an issue for me because I will be working and will be receiving veteran benefits every month.
I知 currently looking to rent a bedroom on the Upper East Side. I have friends in the city and in that area already and I致e lived on the UES for almost three years now so I know it pretty well. Right now I知 staying in Long Island but would really love to move by the middle of March, hopefully I could set up an appointment to check out the apartment and room.
