The apartment is set up so your room is near the entrance, next to the bathroom & kitchen with a hallway that connects all three rooms & is separate from my living area. It would be like having a studio apartment with three rooms. I live in the rest of the apartment and use it as my live/work studio. There will be light shared house cleaning in the shared rooms (Kitchen & Bathroom) & help with supplies for those areas as needed.
I ask for One Month's Security Deposit, First Month's Rent & a $75 Key Fee. The Security Deposit & Key Fee are refundable. No smoking or drugs!! No Laundry in the building but many drop-off & do-it yourself places within a block.
