Looking for a cool and laid back roommate to share my 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in Uptown(Harlem) Manhattan. Building is less than 2 years old, has great amenities...doorman, fitness center, laundry, free wi-fi, parking. Also has grocery store across the street, two banks on each corner, Starbucks connected to the building, access to the A,B,C and D line less than two blocks away and a park across the street, area is prime, safe and up and coming.
Roommate Criteria- I’m not looking for a best friend, but someone who is friendly, respectful, and wouldn’t mind hanging out once in a while in front of the TV. Employed, financially stable No drugs/Non-smoker, no pets, age: mid 20's to 30's, clean and considerate, drama free, loves music.....as I am always playing music( nothing too loud or crazy) Mostly just looking for someone nice, with no hidden craziness, and is considerate of others.
This is for a one year lease starting July 1st. The deposit is $2500, rent is 1600.00 and you will be able to move in July 1st, If you need to move in before July, something can be arranged.
