Looking for a roommate who is respectful, quiet, with a high standard of cleanliness as the apartment is always free of clutter and I’d like to keep it that way. No big drinkers or late-night entertaining at the apartment, and no pets.
First month’s rent and one months rent as security deposit required for move-in. Prefer long term, but open-minded. Lease can be month to month, but 30 days notice required.
