Hello, I have one room available . We are a family of 4 people. My mother/stepfather work from 7 AM until 7 PM. I am a college undergraduate student at City College (19 years old). My 9 year old brother goes to a nearby High School. We are looking for a clean, non-smoker (you can smoke but not inside the apartment), non-alcoholic, drug-free, drama-free and responsible person who pays rent on time. We would share the bathroom.
I've lived here for five years and noting dangerous has ever happened to me. It's become a great place due to City College. More students are attending this place. You have Laundromats, restaurants and supermarkets around the block.

Location is really good for City College, Columbia University, Manhattan Music School Students and so on. Elevator is included. Also, if you have a laptop, you would be able to access the internet. The number 1 train station is 4(a 5 minute walk) blocks away from the building.
The A, B, C and D can also be taken at the 145th train stop.
These are the buses that you can take:
At 145th street: M3, Bx19,
At 137th street: M5, M11
Rent is $150/per week[one week security deposit required]
Utilities: Internet connection(We should talk about this in person), TV, full size bed and a small fridge.
