I am a 25 year old female looking for a third roommate (preferably female) for my three bedroom (two bathroom) balcony apartment located on the 28th floor of a doorman building. The building is very safe and has a laundry room, free gym, and roofdeck.
Two of the rooms are filled and I am looking for a third roomate who will be able to sign a one year lease starting on August 1st. There is a right to renew so next year the apartment would be available for a renewal lease (I will be moving out).
I have a very friendly cat that mostly chills in my room.
