I am looking for a room starting September 1st in Manhattan or in Queens Astoria. I am friendly, respectful and easy to live with. I am clean and neat. I don’t have pets, I don’t smoke and I don’t do drugs. I have a job and I pay my rent and bills always on time. I would prefer unfurnished room since I have my own furniture.
