Hey, I am a mature, straight 20 year old from Manchester, England.
Firstly, I know that I'm posting this months before my intended move in date but I just have an organised nature and because I obviously cannot come round to visit any potential apartments I want to give myself as much time as possible to get things sorted.
I am looking for a room to rent with someone of a similar age, I like to have the occasional night out, watch movies/tv, play poker. I've never been to New York before so somewhere in Manhattan andclose to a subway station would be handy. I wouldn't be bringing home any overnight 'guests' as I do not know anyone in NYC, so I would prefer a room mate who I could possible befriend.
I am financially very sound and would be willing to pay entire rent amount upfront. I am hoping to begin studys in NYC starting next year and this would be like a try-out to see if I could 'cut-it' in the big city or not.
