Hello,
I am looking to sublet my half of my apartment- I work in NYC and travel all the time and I am never home. I have a wonderful roommate who is never home as well. Maybe, one night a week at most and she is just a loads of fun. I am renting the place furnished with everything and all you would need are your clothes. The living room is huge- plasma TV, Treadmill. large kitchen and nice bath. The neighborhood is great! Everything you need is right there. The landlord is a great guy and lives next door- he is very private and does not meddle. Looking for a professional woman who is interested in a lovely place to live. No pets, and we normally do not have a lot of parties but they never object when we do. 1200 includes all and the roommate pays her half on time religiously. |
