I have a room available in my 2 bedroom apartment (it is a 2 family house). The bedroom has a closet and cable hookup. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a patio off of it (also the entrance door). The bathroom is shared. In the basement is a washer and dryer for the apartment (our own and water is paid). There is a basement for storage and a garage for our use for cars. Plenty of parking with the driveway and street parking. A small yard with a lawn service. I do have a dog, he is housebroken and friendly, 20lbs and full grown. I would be willing to have him stay in my room and not in the common spaces because I take him out a lot and have an entrance in my room. The living room space is empty and negotiable to what goes in it (e.g. a desk or other things that wouldn't fit in your room). The rent is $263/month plus electric, gas, cable/internet, so around $400 depending on the heat and air conditioning usage. Central air/heat. Its a really nice little place and very convienent! Within walking distance to Rookwood Commons and access to 71. Its a great location for jobs, shopping and activities. I am a student (2nd year senior) at UC and I waitress. I am from Cincinnati (West Chester). |
