All furnished except your room. We will work out all the details... The
apartment is about 800 a month we would hope for 400 - 500 from a room
mate, this would furnishings, heat, water, other utilities, and washer
and drier and use of our belonging such as dishes, living room, dining
room, ect. This can always be mended to fit your needs.
