Room 10x7 fully furnished, gas, water, electric and phone provided with use of laundry and kitken facilities for $500 a month. Cable and Internet available. I'm easy going unless pushed. I'm christian and expect to be treated with respect and will give same. Except for smoking and dunkedness all things can be negoiated. House is in disarry due to divorce but will be organized in time. I stay home most week nights and away most weekends. Must be trust worthy and of good character. |
