Hi, I am looking for two female Christian roomates to move into a 4 bedroom house starting in August of this year. It would be 3 roomates total in the house, the 4th room is small so I thought of making that into a study/book room. There is only one bathroom too. But I've never had a problem b/c we set up schedules of who takes showers when, etc.Two of the roomates I had are getting married this month. I moved back to my parent's in the meantime but want to live there again b/c I LOVE the place. So, I need to find two roomates. This house is located at 313 W. 4th Avenue in Victorian Village/Harrison West off of Neil Ave. It is close to Battelle Hall and OSU Medical Center. It is also very close to the Lennox Town Center off of Olentangy River Rd. It takes me 5 minutes to get to work in downtown. It's also close to Grandview and the 670 interstate.
There are exposed brick walls on the side of the dining room, a nice built in cabinet area also. Hardwood floors in the dining and living room. A new kitchen floor is being put into the kitchen this summer before August and all the walls will be painted. There are carpeted floors in the upstairs rooms. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen and a washer and dryer in the basement. The basement is pretty big so it's nice for storage. Rent is 950 a month which would be divided by three people. The landlord pays for water/trash. We would pay for electric,gas and internet. It really is not that bad in the winter months. Contact me |
