I am currently living in a double in Clintonville on North Broadway which is about 2 miles from campus. I am staying for another year once my lease is up this coming August. I will be a senior next year at OSU majoring in Textiles and Clothing and would prefer another female student or working full time. We have our own parking lot behind the house. 2 bedrooms upstairs with a full bath, a half bath on the main floor and a bedroom in the basement (which I am living in). The double is fairly new (about 6 years) and in great condition! NO PETS! Rent is $400 plus utilies- but they are spilt 3 ways..so its not to bad. If you are interested, I can go over about how much we are paying for utilites now.
