I am generally open to someone who is looking to be located on the North side of Columbus, but am definitely willing to go downtown if the place is astonishing enough. Must be Condo/townhouse/ double/or rental home for less then 650/person (math: $1300 rent).

I also have a dog, her name is Sincere and she is sweet, friendly, and playful, potty trained, and will be entering professional dog training classes in the next month. I am willing to pay the extra if there is a pet deposit and monthly charge. I am also willing to replace anything of yours she may ruin, but I am 99% sure she wont ruin anything of yours. If you have a dog that is even better.
