The house is located just 5min south of downtown Albany, park is close by as well as restaurant and fitness center, 15 min away from OSU and about 10 min from LBCC. The house is fully furnished minus the room for rent, washer and dryer, computer room/ office, as well as A/C. Easy access to I-5 and HWY 34.I do own a cat, she is pretty independent, spends times in the house and outside. I enjoy cars and anything that has to do with speed.
