I have a 1500 sq ft newer townhome in a great community, close to MAX (light rail), Nike, IBM, and many others (Intel isn't too far away either). The house is a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath, with a loft upstairs used more as a common place. The master bedroom *your room* is a good size with a HUGE bathroom which includes a jetted tub, double sinks, full length shower & a huge walk-in closet.
All utilities included EXCEPT for cable as I am not home much and don't watch TV when I am.
As for me, I am an outside smoker only, in a relationship, and not home a whole lot. I work 10-7 M-F and am gone most weekends. I have one cat and would prefer you to have no more than one cat (no dogs please, my cat hates them). I am a very open minded person and would hope you would be the same. I am fairly clean, but not a neat-freak and just expect common courtesy in picking up after yourself.
