I am looking for a roommate to share a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath house with fireplace, back patio and garage. Lots of parking and large yard in a quite area of Eugene, OR. I am currently looking for 2 roommates. I may just find one so rent can vary from $425.00 to $300.00. Utilities would be split as well. The house is currenltly furnished, but you will need to furnish your room and if you have other things they can be worked out.
