I have brand new 3 beds and 2 bath home 3,000 sqf. with fences backyard and 2 golden retriver dog...I just move here from Colorado and in very bad spot right now...have 2 extra rooms left for any clean, drug free renter to rent from me...the price of the room is as followed:
one person in a room $650 per month, if have someone shared with will be $350 each for sharing a room....the bath room is shared...I have the master bedroom...first responded will have the extra space in the garage for the parking...all bill included utility, water and sewer.
Need first month and last month rent with $400 deposit (included $35 key deposit)
renter must rent at least 3 month or more, and most have at least 3 excellent preferences. |
