I am a young adult looking for an international student or responsible lady to live with me in my house near WOU (walkable distance) for Spring and Summer term and possibly longer. The house has just been built and is ready for move-in. I have 1 bedroom and a bathroom (the bathroom will be shared). (Altogether the house is 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths) It is furnished. It has a washer and dryer, dishwasher, gas heating, full kitchen, deck out pack with BBQ, wireless internet available. Utilities will not be covered in rent, but the house is energy efficient and they shouldn't cost very much more than $150 for all of us to share. (i.e. electricity, water, sewer, garbage) Outside smoking okay, but prefer non-smoking and no pets. Not a party house, but a fun environment! :0) I am wanting to live with someone who is dependable, and respectful. Also, I will have international students living with me Spring and Summer term, who are learning to speak English, so I am wanting someone who will be understanding and compassionate towards them.
