I'm looking for a new home to live with just 1 other person in the home. I'm 38, non-smoker, mature, responsible, respectful, non-partier type. I'm pretty quiet and having that to me is really important. I'm very nice, down to earth, have a sense of humor, and do volunteer work. I like to eat organically where I can and like to be active: gym, hike, walk, bike, etc...I love dark chocolate & wine too.
It would be ideal to live in the SE (close in) or the SW, or somewhere not to far off from I-5. I currently live in the NE. I work in Lake Oswego currently at the PCC. My ideal home would have a yard for gardening and so my cat can go out. I would like a place with a washer/dryer,kitchen/stove, and storage. It would be great if water were included too. My cat is 6 yrs old and very sweet. No issues with her. NO dogs though please, for though I love them...my cat doesn't.
Living with children (0-14) isn't the ideal thing for me either. If they are older then perhaps I could be flexible.
I have excellent credit and references and really am a good person. I'm a great housemate/tenant to have.
Please let me know if you have a place that you think would work for me. I'd like to find something by May 1st if possible. Seems like a lot of renters want to rent ASAP and I need to give a month's notice. So, I'm hoping for a break. :)
