My sister and I have just bought a condo in the Northridge Estates. However, I will be moving some time around June to California. I am not taking any of the furniture so there isn’t a need to move anything but your personal stuff. Our place is a 2 bedroom / 1 bath condo with a finished basement. The room that will be available is the master bedroom (12x11) which has a large walk-in closet. It is painted a neutral/ light tan color, with snow-white doors/trim, and hardwood flooring. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, newer stove, newer refrigerator, and garbage disposal. The majority of the basement is finished and includes a bar area. We also have a treadmill, big screen tv, and computer area down there … along with a newer washer & dryer. Our complex has a pool and tennis courts. There is plenty of off-street parking. The rent is $675. per month plus shared utilities. We are interested in someone who is clean, respectful, laid back, NOT full of drama, doesn’t have or want any pets, and has the personality to get along with just about anyone. My sister is a 25 year old accountant. She enjoys working out, is professional & career driven, and simply an all-around girl.
