Bi-level two bedroom apt. Very cute and cozy. The room for rent has only been occupied by my laundry, lol. The apartment was newly renovated, so you will be the one to break it in.
I'm easy to get along with, as long as you're respectful, down to earth, and caring. I don't expect a friend-connection, but one would be welcome...I had a really great roomate once. She paid her rent without me asking. Repspected my space, and made sure her visitors treated our home with the same respect. Easy right?
Rent pays for cable (with all the channels), wireless internet, phone, electric, heat and hot water. An extra $75 can be given for cleaning of common areas and your room, once a month.
I am in Frankford (one of the nicer blocks). Near the el, so center city is 15 minutes away. |
