I'd prefer an older female, straight, likes dogs, on the quiet side, responsible and good credit.
I have 2 dogs and I am having a hard time finding an apartment/house I can afford to rent out on my own with them. (In a good neighborhood.)
I'm not too choosy about the neighborhood. I'd rather it be in the Society Hill, Queen's Village, Bella Vista, Pennsport area or around that area.
Something with a yard for the dogs. I can pay $500 to $900 for my half.
