I plan on moving back to Philly by the end of the summer. My anticipated move-in date would be no sooner than September 1 or no later than October 1.
To offset costs, finding a compatible, trustworthy roommate is essential. Ideally, I would like to sign a 1-year lease with someone, or be added to your current lease should you have a room available. I am very gun shy about living with strangers, so ideally I would like to meet with you and hang out a few times before going forward with it. Male/female OK. Gay/straight OK.
