(1) Newly constructed in 2007 and furnished apartment with central air conditioning system & Internet. (Every bedroom furnished with a bed, a desk and a chair. Closet available in every bedroom)
(2) 5 blocks from Temple main campus (6-10 minutes walking distance). Steps away from the subway station with only one stop between the apartment and the main campus. If you have classes in center city, you can take subway or Temple shuttle bus, a few minutes only.
(3) On campus shuttle (owl loop) drives you to the door of the apartment building at nights 7 days during semesters.
(4) Rent is $450 per month for the small bedroom (102.7 square feet), or $490 per month for the medium bedroom (112.27 square feet), or $550 per month for the large bedroom bedroom (173.6 square feet).
(5) The electricity bill usually ranges between $20 to $40, depending on the season (for example it is more expensive during the winter). For the Internet, it cost about $15 for the basic plan. Water is free.
