Home is in the northeast suburbs on a quiet street.
Lots of police live in this area!
The room for rent is an average to large size... There is a medium size
bed in the room. As well as a few other things I can leave in or take
out... up to you!
Beautiful 2-tiered concrete patio with lots of garden views... a short
bike ride, or 3 minute drive, to PennyPack Park area!
The development is actually surrounded by the park! There is a living
room and a family room in the home, so you are always free to have your
own space.
I am not looking for a new friend, but if it worked out that way, it
would be a bonus!!!!
I am very close with my family and friends. I am a single girl, date
maybe once a month, but do not bring new guys home with me until I
really get to know them. I would expect you to feel comfortable and
safe in this home.
Speaking of safe... I have a home security system in this house, of
which was installed by a reality show (It takes a thief). Was actually
on Trading Spaces as well!
As you can see I am an out-going gal, and enjoy trying new things!
Up the street is a bus stop for an easy commute, and less than a mile
from the train station.
This is a very large home... I am looking for a second roommate. There
will be three of us total. And there is MORE than enough room here! Two
Girls and ... YOU ?!?!?
