I rent a cute 3 bedroom house on a small street near 17th and Ritner that i only want to share with one other person. Preferably a professional 20something female nonsmoker with no pets...although i am open minded. (a smoker would have to be ok with not smoking inside the house) My current lease is up april 30, but we could arrange for you to move in earlier if you wish. We would sign a new lease for MAY 1 with my landlord. The landlord is a great guy and lives only a few blocks away. He's never been a hassle and hes close by to help if we have any problems.
The house has a full kitchen with new appliances and tile floor. Basement has washer and drier. In the back yard i have a grill and patio seating (also room for a small garden). Hardwood floor in living room, Carpets upstairs. Good closet space. One bathroom to share.
The subway is close by and the center city buses are even closer. There are plenty of shops, delis, salons, butchers, bakeries, churches, and bars in walking distance, on a nice day you could even walk down to chickie and petes or the stadiums. Its close to highway access, and grocery stores (with parking lots!!!) If you know where Melrose Diner is, i am a few blocks south of there. My street has great neighbors, mostly young families and senior citizens, they are all very friendly. Not too loud, and not too easily bothered.
i am looking for someone easy going that i will enjoy living with. |
