Large room for rent in a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse close to Route 83 and Route 30 on E. Market St.
Three story townhouse has a large, unfinished basement. There is a living room, "office" (dining room used as an office), kitchen and half bath on the main floor and two bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. The available room is very large and has two closets. I don't currently have any pictures of the available room as my roommate is still currently living there and it's a bit messy. Other amenities include washer and dryer, dishwasher, central air, off street parking lot, cable TV w/ DVR, cable internet, and home phone. Rent is $450 plus splitting utilities. The townhouse is located in a privately owned building that has six other, similar townhouses. Located very closely to both 83 and route 30, both are less then 2 minutes away. Great location right on E. Market in east York. Close to a Giant and Weis, Galleria mall, multiple shopping centers as well as not too far from downtown York. The room is available as soon as my currently roommate is able to move all her stuff out.
The current residents are a 26 year old, professional female and 21 year old female, college student. We both have a very laid back, mellow attitude and we're both easy to get along with. Looking for someone along the same lines. We're both pretty clean, but understand that sometimes you're just too darn tired to put the dishes away at night. :-) We're looking for someone in about the same age range, p |
