At this time there is one other older gentleman and myself that live here. We live our own lives, but we are sociable. This is a pretty quiet neighborhood, which I have lived in since’99. People know me and like me and I intend to keep it that way. With that basic stuff being said, this is what I’m lookin’ for:
1 hetero-sexual Male (no women sorry, never works)
Someone who is employed and can prove it
“ “ has their own vehicle, but not a requirement
“ “ is respectful of other people’s property
“ “ isn’t needy; can fend for themselves
“ “ knows how to cook without being supervised
“ “ can clean up after themselves everywhere
I.E. the kitchen and bathroom
What we are not looking for:
Fall down drunks (had one; won’t work here)
People who live like a pig (had one of those too; won’t work)

This house has use of everything available. Garage, (with cable and stereo), shed, above ground 18ft round pool, patio, (with furniture and grill), dishwasher, washer and dryer, and storage areas. Wireless Verizon DSL (right now; this may change), and basic expanded Comcast cable just about everywhere. This is an unfurnished room, but I may be able to let someone use certain things I own, as I’ve been buying new things for my bedroom.
