We are two young professionals looking for a third roomate in York City. I am 32 years old (work in Maryland) and the other roomate is 26 years old and she works for in the city.It is 2 blocks from the baseball stadium and 2 1/2 blocks from the courthouse. It is a four bedroom but we would like the 4th room as an additional room for another TV room so we only want three people living here at any one time. The third roomate is moving this month due to family reasons. All rent and utilities are included in rent. No security deposit is required. There is private parking in the backyard. We have a washer and dryer, direct TV, internet and 2 TV areas. The bathroom must be shared. I'm usually out of the house by 5 am and I go to grad school so I'm not home much.
