I am a 33 year old female professional. I work 40+ hours a week and am pretty easy going. I would prefer a female professional or student. I have a spacious 2 bedroon, 1.5 bath house that is fully furnished with many upgrades. Includes hardwoods on the main floor, gas stove and heating, finished basement, washer & dryer, covered and locked parking (2 car garage), some storage, very open dining, living and kitchen areas, front porch, large yard that includes huge deck with grille, firepit and cherry tree in a great neighborhood. The bedroom is a pretty good size and it includes a large closet, 2 windows and a ceiling fan. I am asking $650 plus utilities.
My roommate is in the process of moving out, but it is available anytime after April 1st. Short or long term. My last three roommates have moved because they all got engaged.....hahaha :)
The area is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to the bike path, garden city center, and all major highways (95, 295, 2, 195, 10, 6, 37)
