Rent is 550, or 650 with parking in a private lot. I need to find someone for March 20, but it is possible to move in anytime. Lease or no lease, you decide. Utilities are extra but are very reasonable.

The apartment also has an excellent view of the new Providence River Bridge as well as some of downtown. Your spacious bedroom overlooks Wickenden and has 3 windows, hardwoods, and 2 closets. Walking distance to most of downtown and the east side, and easy highway access.
I?m a male in my late 20?s. I work full time M-F and usually keep to myself during the week. I am much more social on the weekends and like to have friends over and/or go out. I am very laid back and get along with most people I meet.
