Graduate student looking to sublet room for the summer. Affordable price, great people, amazing location!
The apartment is two floors with two bathrooms. My bedroom is located on the second floor. I have several wonderful (male and female) roommates who are all young community organizers or students. The apartment is about a block from the 92 trolley (~10 minutes to Brown/RISD/East Side), two blocks from Julians and Seven Stars Bakery, and right around all the resturants and stores on Atwells.
I am looking to sublet from June 1st through late August, but you can move in
as early as May 20 or so Free of charge.
Rent is $225 plus utilities (which should be very, very cheap in the summer). This is price is Negotiable.
