Two young professional women in late twenties/early thirties seeking third of the same to share the second and third floors of a spacious Victorian in the Armory District. This is a beautiful old house with lots of charm and character surrounded by a fenced in front yard, small back shaded patio and with off street parking. Two rooms on the second floor -- a bedroom and office or whatever you fancy making it!--will be yours. Common space includes living room, spacious kitchen with pantry, bathroom and upstairs sitting area. Free washer and dryer in basement and storage space is also available. This is a year long lease and utilities are not included but are very reasonable - per person electric ~ $20/month, gas ~ $100/month in winter . We are looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. We are liberal and open minded women who are looking for another woman to share a quiet but fun space. No pets or smokers please!
