the rent would be 450$ plus utilities per month.
FIRST MONTH RENT is 1000 $ and then plus the utilities.
its a big apartment, large bathroom with washing mashine :) not often that happens..
big kitchen with good storage. large livining room. there's parking space.
i'm 22 and studying at jwu. begining my sophmore year in september.
i would like to live with a student but if your working thats ok too.
