Just ask that you pick up after youself in common areas (dining room, living room, kitchen) and are kind and easy going because I'm easy to get along with and very laid back.
You will have an option as to which room you want to live in. The $350 covers the rent and monthly regime fee for the smaller of the 2 rooms and $400 covers the larger (which is significantly larger). A security deposit of $250 will be required on date of move in.
